This scripture is truly the foundation that sparked the origination of Jaaz Creative Designs. In an effort to raise money to pay for acting classes for my daughter I came up with the idea to sell charm bracelets and greeting cards. The efforts were successful and within record time the acting classes were paid in full ($ 2,575) funded by generated sales, donations, and God’s hand of Mercy.

In search for more components I met a kind elderly Asian man who said, “Tell me what you are making and I will help you and your business be successful”. Well, I did not have a business all I had was plan to pay for Rikki’s activity. As I spent more time with this gentle soul I found myself stocked with product to make necklaces and something that resembled a potential business plan. Nothing was in writing just an ever changing draft in my head. Surprised and excited by his generosity I went home and began the brainstorming process. My sister took the samples I made to work along with a few handmade greeting cards and within a week the samples were gone and new request were coming in. Wow, God is amazing!  The journey began.

In January 2016 and Jaaz Creative Designs had 3  unpaid sales and marketing agents, 2 co-designers, 20+ repeat customers, approximately $600 to $800 in monthly sales, and a fully stocked inventory of eclectic jewelry pieces and all occasion handmade greeting cards. In September of 2016 the name was Trade Marked and business was official.
